All images appearing on the site have been taken carefully, but the colour clarity may vary between the natural eye and your computer’s monitor. Hence, we cannot guarantee colour accuracy.
In order to purchase goods online, you must hold a valid debit or credit card. You should confirm that the information you supply to our website is accurate and complete and relates specifically to you, the customer. If any of your personal details change, you should advise us of the changes by email; email@example.com
You, must agree not to use or copy anyone else’s identity, or a name which you are not authorised to use. By using our site, you will agree to be bound by the terms.
We may change the terms and conditions from time to time, at our discretion. Using the website after changes have been made will mean that you have agreed to accept the new changes.
Placing an order:
By placing your order you have agreed to pay the price as stated, you will then receive a confirmation email from us stating your order has been received. You will receive a further email from us when you order has been despatched. We will contact you via email if any of the items you ordered are not in stock, your debit/credit card will then be automatically refunded. Your order is accepted by us when you receive our email confirming your goods have been dispatched.
We may not accept your order if:
- The item ordered is out of stock.
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- We find a product or pricing error.
- A product fails our internal quality checks.
- We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time, at our sole discretion.

All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will either cancel your order or seek payment by an alternative method. If this should result in a delay in dispatching your goods, we cannot be held responsible.
Payment methods include: Visa Card, Master Card, PayPal, Maestro, America Express, Delta and Solo. We do not collect credit / debit card information. We use a third party payment processor to handle this information securely. None of your credit / debit card information is stored anywhere on this site.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
If you submit an order for goods via this site by submitting the order, you order is an offer to us to buy the goods on our website.
We will acknowledge receipt of your order by sending you an automatically generated email acknowledging your order. With this email the contract will be concluded.
The contract will relate only to those specific goods which are referred to in our email confirming our acceptance of your order. You should read and check the details in this email to ensure that they are correct. The contract’s content will be stored. You can find the details about your recent orders in your customer login.

Right to cancel
Under the current regulations you can cancel your order at any time within the “cooling off period” of fourteen working days, beginning on the day you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel your order, please provide us with notice in writing to email@example.com
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain and take reasonable care of them.
You must send the goods back to us in their original condition (that means not being worn or used with original packaging and brand labels attached and adhering to our detailed returns policy) to our return address

Passing of Property and Risk:
We will retain legal ownership of all items until full payment has been made by you, and the payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the items will immediately revert back to us if we refund any payment to you.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you and we have received clear funds in full payment for the goods. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if, for example:
• We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
• One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
We grant you a limited licence to access and make personal use of the Website. Please note that you may not copy any portion of the website without prior written consent which may be withheld in our absolute discretion.
You are granted a limited revocable and non-exclusive right to create a link to the home page of the Website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not link to any page of the website other than the home page. We may at our discretion request that you remove any link to the website, and upon receiving such request you shall immediately remove such a link.
Any unauthorised use by you of the Website terminates the limited licence set forth in this section without prejudice to any other remedy we may have provided by the law.

Our liability connected to any products acquired through the “Forkums & Co” website is strictly limited to the buying price of the product. This does not limit our liability regarding
• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraudulent misrepresentation
• In any way were it would be illegal for us to exclude our liability.
“Forkums & Co.” is not liable for any loss of income, profit or contracts. In the event that is out of our control, a so-called force majeure event, we will not be liable for any delays or failure to perform any of our contracted obligations. These events are without limitation:
• The impossibility to use the means public or private transport.
• The impossibility of the use of private or public telecommunications.
• Riot, civil disturbance, terrorist attack or threat of this, invasion and acts of God.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these terms will not be affected.

Any purchase or refund made on this website will be subject to Irish Law and you shall agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
All notices given by you to us must be given to us in writing by email. We may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to us when placing an order. Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on the Site, 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an e-mail, that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee.
Terms of Sale
To increase customer satisfaction and ensure the security of our customers when making purchases, we have decided, in agreement with our security experts to the following routine steps. This will increase the security of the purchase. Our internal security system warns us when there is suspicion of fraud. The security system is based on various parameters that were set up by our security experts and other partners.
If the security system is alerted to a potential fraud, the order is halted immediately and not delivered. This sometimes has the effect that an order is stopped even though it is not fraudulent. In the rare instance that this may occur we hope that you, our valued customer, will understand that this action concerns your safety.
All suspected frauds are reported to the police and also passed onto our security partners for further investigation. For deliveries of a large value the delivery is always via the nearest delivery point, regardless of the payment.
Registering your email: Please note that we use Ve Interactive's software for e-mail registration. This involves you entering your email address and authorising it to be saved. We may send you an email in order to enquire why you have not completed your registration. Your privacy is important to us and all processing of personal details is done in accordance with the Privacy Act.

How to use Click & Collect
- Place your order online: As part of the checkout process you will be offered the choice of home delivery or Click & Collect Once details are entered we will advise you on what date collection is expected to be available from. This is normally the same day if ordered before 13.00.
- We will let you know when your order is ready for collection: Please collect your order within 7days of receiving your 'Ready for collection' email.
- What to bring when collecting your order: Please bring a copy of 'Your order is ready for collection' email (either printed or on a device) together with either a bank card with your full name on it, or a form of photo ID.
- Please head to the Click & Collect collection point to pick up your order: Alternatively, please ask any member of staff upon your arrival at the store.
Someone collecting on your behalf
If you would like someone else to collect your order on your behalf, they need to bring a copy of 'Your order is ready for collection' email (either printed or on a device) as well as their own photo ID.
Collect within 7 days
Please collect your order within 7 days of receiving 'Your order is ready for collection' email. We will email you a reminder that your order is waiting for collection after 4days. After 7 days your item(s) will be returned to our warehouse and we will refund your purchase.
Please note that this may take up to 10 working days for your uncollected parcel to reach our refund point, plus 7 working days to credit your account.
