We want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase order placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item you purchased online for whatever reason you may contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the purchase date stating the reason for return, for a full refund or credit note. This will be facilitated provided the goods meet our general return conditions in an inspection upon arrival.

General return conditions
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s). However in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund for the value of the product. In order to do so the item(s) must be in new, unused, unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached, with a valid receipt and in a condition that is fit for resale. Furthermore, we do not accept items that have been soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour. Any items returned in this condition will be sent back to the original delivery address. These must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase for online orders.
For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to offer exchange or refund on the following products once the original packaging has been opened unless they are misdescribed or faulty:
- Pierced earrings and other pierced body jewellery
- Underwear/lingerie, control lingerie & shape wear, hosiery and swimwear
- Hats and hair accessories
This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection.
We advise that all customers check items thoroughly on receipt of goods, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging. Please note all faults on receipt must be notified to “Forkums & Co” within 48 hours of receipt. This can be done by phone or email.

Your return must be despatched within 7 days of the return approval date. Returns received after 7 days will be returned for store credit only, and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee on the price of the item(s).
Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox will be considered worn and will not be refunded. Therefore, please place your shoes in their original box inside of a bigger box before sending them back to us.
All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, less any taxes or import duties incurred in delivery. We are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred.
If you return an item for whatever reason and you go below the initial €50 order value or return a single order item for a refund and received free shipping you will be charged an adjustment fee of €5 to cover the cost of the initial shipping of the order to you.
Return delivery costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our offices.
We cannot take responsibility for returned items until signed for by us.
Please ensure that you retain your receipt showing proof of postage when sending back the item(s). We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage.
If you are exchanging an item for the same item in a different size, pattern or colour you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us, but the re-shipment cost of the exchange order is free.
Returning goods bought as special offers
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for the price of 3') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the proportional discount amount. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.
For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.
The refund or credit note will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse and pass inspection. Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for the refunds to show in your account. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were
purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.
