Delivery information

Prices and taxes:

All prices displayed are in euro by default and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. If the purchase is made by a customer living outside the EU, the goods will be sold including Irish VAT.

Local import taxes may be applied to deliveries outside of Ireland, which will be your responsibility. The customs office may hold your goods if the local import taxes are not paid. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Shipping and delivery:

All orders are shipped via one of the following couriers: An Post and Fastway Couriers depending on the size, weight and destination of your package.

Our Standard Delivery within Ireland takes 1 to 3 working days and the courier will deliver Monday to Friday between the hours on 9:00am and 5pm.

Please note that any orders placed over a bank holiday period will not be dispatched until the next working day.

Remember that the times indicated consider only working days (Monday-Friday) and delays may be incurred during public holidays.

We offer next day delivery on all orders placed before 1pm Mon-Thurs in Ireland. All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched that day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or on weekends (including bank holidays) are dispatched the next working day.

Return items must be received within 14 days for UK and Ireland customers,
And within 28 days for other EU countries, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Worldwide. Please see our T&C’s for more detail.
 

Insurance:

Goods will be insured during the time it is in transit up until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us.

When is my order shipped?

When you order has been shipped from our warehouse you will be sent an email to inform you that your order is on its way to you. You will be told which courier your package has been sent with and a tracking number will also be provided so you can see where your parcel is.

In your despatch email, you will be informed with which courier your order has been shipped and a tracking number will also be provided.
